Mathilde Adelinet graduated from the Ecole normale supérieure in 2007. She next worked on elastic properties of basalt in Iceland at the Maine University where she obtained her PhD in 2010. In 2010, she joined IFP Energies nouvelles as a R&D engineer in geophyics. She worked in a lot of integrated projects coopling sedimentology, geophysics and petrophysics. In 2018, she obtained a Habilitation to conduct researches (HDR) from Sorbonne Université. Since 2019, she joined IFP School as a lecturer in Geophysics.
